GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS
* Parents are requested to check the diary daily.
* They are expected to attend parents teacher meetings.
- A pupil must be punctual and regular in attending the school.
- Parents are requested to plan their outings etc, so as not to interrupt the regular attendance and study of their children.
- After the summer vacation students must be in school on the reopening day.
- Application for leave should be addressed to the Principal.
- Escorts bringing or taking students to and from school and coming to the school office must be decently and neatly dressed and must behave properly. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their escorts. They must be introduced with the staff on duty. The school will not send the child along with the unknown person.
- Parents are requested to make the necessary arrangements to take their children home promptly at the end of the school hours everyday.
- Simplicity is the keynote of our institution. Hence, no jewellery ornament or make up is allowed in the school. Any student coming to school unwashed and in dirty clothes will be sent back home at the risk and responsibility of the parents.
- Distribution of sweets and other gifts to the students on birthday is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline and establishing traditions.
- Parents are requested not to visit children during school hours in the interest of their ward and the school.
- Parents are requested to read these rules carefully and abide by them.
- We are frequently asked to make exceptions for special cases this cannot be done without causing ill-feeling among other students and laying ourselves open to the charge of favouritism Therefore, no exception will be made.
- Parents or guardians are requested not to walk into the class-room or meet the class/subject teacher during the school hours. They can meet the teacher on the prescribed day and time in the office.
- Parents are requested not to send sick children to school.
- Your prompt acknowledgement of the teacher’s remarks in the diary is requested.
- It is sincerely hoped that you will be tactful enough to avoid criticism of a teacher in the presence of your ward, as this undermines the child’s respect for the teacher and the school. In case you have legitimate complaints, you should meet the Principal or the Director of the School.
- Pencil,eraser, colour pencils,craft material will be supplied by the school to the students during the school hours for whole session, so parents are requested not to give these materials when sending their child to school.
- All disputes subject to Bhiwani jurisdiction.
