Every parent wishes for their child to develop in all aspects of life. Parent-Teacher meetings (PTMs) are a vital element in accomplishing this objective. Consistent and effective communication between parents and teachers can strengthen the relationship between the child, parent, and teacher. PTMs offer a comfortable environment for the growth of the child’s personality, where the teachers and parents can appreciate the child’s talents and accomplishments. As a responsible parent, it is essential to monitor your child’s academic performance and progress. Regular attendance at PTMs can provide an opportunity to scrutinise your child’s academic performance and discuss any concerns or suggestions with the teachers. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that your child is regular, punctual, and actively participates in school activities to ensure their overall development. 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (by prior appointment only)

We also holds the PTMs on two Saturdays of every month and giving parents the slots for that. And we humbly request you to stick on the time slots.

Timings: 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

It is essential for parents to be aware of the schedule in advance to ensure that they can attend the meeting accordingly. In case any parent is unable to attend the meeting due to any reason, they must inform the class teacher in advance to reschedule the meeting.

It is crucial to adhere to the given schedule for better and effective interactive sessions. Parents are advised to reach the meeting on time to ensure that there is no delay in the meeting with the teacher. If any parent is late in reaching the meeting as per the time slot, they can meet the teacher only after the meeting with other parents is over.
